Shipping Policy

We ship all packages via United States Postal Service. Orders generally ship within one to three business days after receipt. Orders will be shipped in the order in which they are received. Shipping to the continental United States Your package will ship either USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail depending on size and weight. USPS does not have guaranteed delivery dates for First Class or Priority Mail.  If you do not receive your package within 15 days please contact us at customer.care@whollykaw.com Shipping outside the continental United States The following terms and conditions apply: • International mail by USPS will take longer than 15 days • Customs clearance will take an additional 30 days All international orders will be shipped to the “ship to” address and the address cannot be verified by us. We are not responsible for any package held up in customs. Claims for lost package cannot be made until 75 days after the shipping date of the package.
